CONVERSATIONS THAT MATTER — VOZES LUSÓFONAS
This October, for Mental Health Month, CASA Lalangue and WayAhead are bringing you two special gatherings for middle-aged and older members of our Portuguese-speaking community.
Join us for art, music, movement and conversation in a welcoming space guided by psychologists and psychotherapists. Together, we hope to build connections, reduce social isolation and support mental health. Morning tea and lunch are included.
